Early Life and Career Beginnings
Justin Randall Timberlake was born on January 31, 1981 in Memphis, Tennessee to Randall Timberlake and Lynne Bomar. His paternal grandfather was a Baptist church choir singer, which helped inspire Timberlake’s love of music from an early age.
At age 11, Timberlake appeared on the talent show Star Search but did not win.
